Your privacy is of great importance to Dosipp B.V. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

·       Clearly record our purposes before we process your personal data, via this privacy statement;

·       Store as little personal data as possible and only the data that is necessary for our purposes;

·       Explicitly request permission for the processing of your personal data, should permission be      required;

·       Take the necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us;

·       Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.

Your data is safe with us and we will always use this data properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the Dosipp app with information that we learn about you.

All the information the app collects is provided by you or your permission to collect.

The types of user information the app collects or tracks:

We use the location for matching people nearby, push id for pushmessaging service, firstname and lastname for account purpose and identification torwards other users, username for account creation and id, email also for functionality purpose, phonenumber for sms verification, gender for matching purpose, livingplace for matching purpose, bio/story for profile info for matching, virus types also for matching and pictures for profile. Other than this there is also matching preference: gender, distance, range, age range, what are you looking for?, virustype.

 

There will be no user information that is entered into this app retained or shared for any other purpose than displaying it in the user profile.

 

Any thirdparty will provid an equal protection of user data as stated in our app’s privacy policy.

 

All user information will be deleted when a user decides to delete their account. You can do this by going to your personal page in the app and opening the 'Settings' there. At the bottom, you will see 'Delete Account'. Once you have done this, this action cannot be undone, and all your data will be immediately deleted. Alternatively, you can also send a deletion request to info@dosipp.nl.

Your account
Certain parts of our app require you to register first. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, to which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.
For this we use your:

·       Name and address details

·       Phone number (to verify your account)

·       E-mail address

·       Gender

·       Date of birth

·       Nickname (optional)

·       Profile picture (does not need to be recognizable)

·       IP address

We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the account yourself. We store this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again in the app and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Access portal
With our portal you get access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things for the app yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so that there is proof of this. For this we use your:

·       Name and address details

·       Phone number (to verify your account)

·       E-mail address

·       Gender

·       Date of birth

·       Nickname (optional)

·       Profile picture (does not need to be recognizable)

·       IP address

We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the end of the service to you.

You can take out a paid subscription
With our App Dosipp and then pay via your payment account of Google or Apple.

We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the subscription. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

Contact form
With the contact form in the app you can ask us questions or make requests.

We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Location data
It is useful for our app Dosipp to know where you are. We then ask separately if we are allowed to know this and only if you give permission, we will receive this information.

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google or Apple) do with it. So always read their privacy statements.

Our app Dosipp must be downloaded from the App Store of Apple or Google.

Advertisements

Our app displays general advertisements. We do not keep any personal data, so we do not know whether you like this advertisements.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the parties necessary to provide the services mentioned above, we do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require it in the event of a suspicion of a crime).

Statistics
We keep statistics about the use of our app, but this data is always anonymized.

Our app uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also see that you visit us again.
